Check-in at Hanaingen is between 15:00 and 22:00, while check-out must be done between 07:00 and 10:00. We recommend informing us in advance of your expected arrival time.
Does the ryokan have private onsens?
Yes, Hanaingen offers four types of private baths on-site. Guests staying can use them free of charge. Each bath is equipped with Shiseido care products from Kusatsu Onsen water.
What languages are spoken at Hanaingen?
The staff at Hanaingen speaks Japanese. We recommend having some basic knowledge of Japanese to facilitate your stay, although we will do our best to assist you.

The ryokan is located near Yubatake, just a 2-minute walk away. Gozanoyu is also a 2-minute walk, and Ohtakinoyu is a 7-minute walk away. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the Sainokawara outdoor bath is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive, and the Kusatsu Kokusai ski resort is 1.1 km away.

Kawarayu-Onsen Station is the nearest, located about 18 km from Hanaingen. It is advisable to take a taxi from the station to easily reach the ryokan.
